It is said that when you do something for yourself daily you are 80% likely to give or have positive feelings and vibes through the day.

How do you identify your feelings?
Take a moment, on paper, draw facial expressions of your feelings. Are you surprised at how your are feeling? Be in the moment of that feeling without considering anything else. Can you control what is negative?

Is any one toxic in your circle of friends?
Look at the people you have control of having in your life. Why do you keep the toxic? If the toxic are family, ask yourself, how can I help make that relationship calmer? What can I give to provide peace for myself?
